Nagpur power and Industries purchases 2.57% shares of The Motwane Manufacturing Company

Nagpur power and Industries has purchased 2.57% shares of The Motwane Manufacturing Company, Material Subsidiary Company that is 12,000 Equity Shares of Rs 100 each. The transaction has been executed on April 12, 2021. Thus, the Company’s shareholding has increased from 72.89% to 75.46% in the material subsidiary Company.

Nagpur Power & Industries mainly operates on metal recovery plant and produces low ferro manganese (Slag) through its profitable slag recovery process.
