I have no what that first sentence means.
However, the concept of “this person did this so it’s a good idea” is not a reliable means to justify doing it.
Anyway, just pointing out the objective issues with the approach.
Outside of this shake even, Vince was a proponent of low-carb, which has been shown to - if anything - reduce testosterone levels compared to moderate or high carb dieting. Whether he or Arnold were big does not seem relevant because, at least in Arnold’s sake, he didn’t need to make his own hormones.
