infantilization of adults, been going on for a while now. This bish is like 25 and still lives at "home" and is acting like a 13 year old
anyways pointless story, its not like he dont have internet and phone access, he intentionally didnt tell her he was coming home 2 weeks early to film a cheesy surprise video

USA Today, lol.
1. Airman, not Soldier
2. USA Today has her character graphic stating "self-proclaimed military brat". That's not a thing in the National Guard. The NG doesn't bounce around from duty station to duty station and hop from one deployment to the next. The NG drills, attends active-duty training events, and deploys. But when they're not doing any of those things, they go to work 9-5 like everybody else. She has most likely stable home life, gone to the same school, with the same friends, her whole life. Not exactly the perfect storm to create a "military brat".“When you want to succeed as bad as you want to breathe, then you'll be successful.”

Not sheriff srs, but if he's a good dad and then has to deploy for 6 months that's a huge chunk of her daily stability that is just simply not there. Gaining that back is huge.
During my last deployment, my son's behavior wasn't the greatest - he was 8. He would break down in class and say he missed me, he'd give his mom attitude, and wasn't paying attention in class. Sometimes kids don't know what to do with their emotions. When I came back, his behavior returned to normal. My daughter, who was 6, also completely broke down when she saw me. I was gone for almost 12 months and I'm very involved in their lives - so, yeah.“When you want to succeed as bad as you want to breathe, then you'll be successful.”
