Need help anyone from tilak nagar new delhi as I sold a product n that guy is not paying my money n not answering the call .. anyone nearby that can help me out

Why did u sold/shipped the item without receiving the money?

Yes shippped without receiving any money . As I was not getting any buyer for that product and that guy shown interest n call so many time so i gave him without receiving money or any advance money he gave me all his proof he own a shop in that locatiin ..

If you have all such details why not lodge an fir with all the details and conversions?
And if you have few good contacts the job can be easy..

How do i lodge and fir from here [Gujarat] that guy is in delhi
Don't have any contacts that's why I posted this post so any member could help me out ..
