Sold goods worth Rs 100 to Zomato
GST @ 9% will be Rs 9
zomato deducted TCs @ 1% = Rs 1

so what will be the GST amount reported in GSTR 1 ?

Rs 100 plus cgst 9 rupees and sgst 9 rupees total 118 rupees should be reported in Gstr 1
