Netmore agrees bridging loan of up to SEK 40 mln from Buildroid, proposes share issue in Q2

Netmore Group said it will take up a bridging loan of up to SEK 40 million from main shareholder Buildroid in order to meet demand and establish a new, subscription-based business model at large scale on several markets. It added that the board has also proposed a new issue in the second quarter of 2021.
