Landsec posts slight increase in rent collections

Landsec has collected 67% of the £110m of rental payments due following the latest quarter day on 25 March, compared to 65% in the previous quarter.

While the property giant collected 86% of office rents within 5 days their due date, retail collections held back the rest of London and regional retail with 47% and 36% of rents collect respectively.
