Twitter user wants chocolate end from Cornetto removed. Internet reacts to viral post

Cornetto, a crunchy waffle cone topped with ice cream and filled with chocolate pieces till the end, is just so delightful on a hot summer evening. What’s even better is the crunchy chocolate piece at the bottom of the cone ice-cream.

Everybody loves it. Well, almost everybody because a Twitter user has expressed her utter disapproval towards the block of chocolate at the bottom of the Cornetto. So much so, that she wants to start a ‘petition’ to have it removed. Her post is doing the rounds of the internet and netizens are already aghast at the shocking revelation.

“Petition for Cornetto to remove the block of chocolate at the bottom. Who’s with me,” the user said in the caption of the post.

We agree that people have come up with weird opinions about food on social media, especially in the last one year, since the onset of the coronavirus pandemic and imposition of related lockdown measures. But this one is truly bizarre!

The post received over 8.9k likes, 5.4k comments and 14.2 retweets since it was shared online. Some Twitter users were not ready to believe that there could be such a ‘petition’. Meanwhile, the others felt that the chocolate end was the best part of a Cornetto and explained how it served a purpose beyond the taste too.
