Prabhat Dairy trades in green on the bourses

Prabhat Dairy is currently trading at Rs. 99.45, up by 0.35 points or 0.35% from its previous closing of Rs. 99.10 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 99.60 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 99.60 and Rs. 99.15 respectively. So far 2029 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 99.50 on 12-Apr-2021 and a 52 week low of Rs. 45.40 on 15-Oct-2020.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 99.60 and Rs. 96.05 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 969.92 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 50.10%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 7.06% and 42.84% respectively.

Prabhat Dairy is going to be delisted from BSE and NSE from April 30, while trading in its equity shares will be discontinued from April 23. This comes after the company complied with the formalities for voluntary delisting of equity shares. The company received shareholders' nod for delisting the company on October 14, 2019.

Further, exit option will be kept open by the promoter/ acquirer of the company -- Sarangdhar Ramchandra Nirmal, Vivek Sarangdhar Nirmal, Madhyam Farming Solutions and Nirmal Family Trust -- for the remaining public shareholders for at least one year from the date of delisting at the rate of Rs 101 per equity share.
