I've decided I'm going to cut for a month before I start lifting again. I'm doing 20 miles on the bicycle everyday and also walking several miles to the gym which burns over a 1000 calories. I will also be fasting for the next 14-18 days (no food, just water), I am probably 15-16% bodyfat
Can I reach 11/12% in 3-4 weeks doing this? I'm trying to make fat fall off as fast as possible. I haven't lifted in over a year so I don't care about muscle loss

If you're already at 15/16% bf and stick to that level of activity and fasting, you'll undoubtedly get results if you can stick to it without having a binge session. Pretty extreme and prob not desirable for health but you'll probably be pretty lean once its done. Can we get a before and after pic?
