It is legal, however, in many States to proceed to a well lit place of increased safety. How would you signal an officer you are doing this, and not fleeing though.

Any man wouldn't need to, so butter bars was a bitch - but I think it's good for women to be able to do it.

Why would I justify it? I think a lot of cops are scumbags, I’m a Right-winger not a bootlicker. Generally I haven’t had the best experiences with cops, although law and order needs to be maintained and it can only be maintained with some type of police force. There is no excuse for the bad policing in the video and I’ve seen plenty of similar examples of bad policing done to people of a variety in of races.

Virginia has window tint laws and you can be pulled over if they think it's too dark. Either way the cops are claiming they couldn't see his tags until he was pulled over.

Either way, the cops are claiming he drove a mile and a half before stopping. I guess people can look up and see if there's any well lit areas besides that gas station he could've stopped at. The most I've made a cop trail me is like a hundred yards, but I wasn't in the sticks. Not that I'd be worried anyways...plenty of people get pulled over in the sticks and nothing happens.

I think the cop was unnecessarily hostile with that "ride the lightning" chit, but the Lt. also fukt up by acting like he's straight up ignoring the cops orders to get out. People who are threats often ignore orders.
