Nintendo Direct Indie Showcase: When and How to Watch Latest Stream Online
A brand new Nintendo Direct is about to drop, and this time it will focus on the independent titles coming to Nintendo Switch in 2021.
The Indie World Showcase is set to arrive this week and put the spotlight on indie games and developers. Like the general Nintendo Directs, the Indie World Showcases are virtual presentations, but these put the emphasis on independent games from Nintendo's global partners. The games showcased are usually set to be available for Nintendo Switch in the near future.
Late last year, fans had an Indie World Showcase that revealed some major indie games were coming to Nintendo Switch including the uber-popular PC title, Among Us, as well as the sequel to Spelunky.

NINTENDO DIRECT INDIE WORLD SHOWCASE START TIME
The latest Nintendo Direct Indie World Showcase will go live Wednesday, April 14, at 12 p.m. EDT.
Nintendo confirmed that the online presentation will be roughly 20 minutes long.
HOW TO WATCH NINTENDO DIRECT INDIE WORLD SHOWCASE ONLINE
Gamers looking to take in the latest Indie World Showcase can do so on the official Indie World site. The site will host the presentation's stream.
If YouTube is your platform of choice, the official Nintendo channel will also host the stream this Wednesday. The YouTube app is available on mobile devices, as well as all gaming consoles. PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One and even the Nintendo Switch can stream via the video platform. The Nintendo channel will upload the showcase in its entirety after the presentation is done.
The channel will also upload individual trailers for each game after the presentation is over. We'll update this section once the livestream is up and running.
Nintendo's various social media accounts will deliver information from the Direct as it comes out. Clips, details and official images will be shared during and after the online presentation on the company's Twitter and Facebook pages.
If you're partial to Twitch, just know that the official Nintendo channel will stream this Wednesday's Direct as well. The Twitch app is available on mobile devices, as well as PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One consoles, but not the Switch.
