Brazil court confirms TIM conviction for call interruption

Brazil's Superior Court of Justice (STJ) confirmed the conviction of TIM Brasil in a lawsuit filed by the Public Ministry of the Federal District and Territories in October 2018, reports Telesintese. The court upheld the decision that recognised as abusive a practice of automatic interruption of Infinity promotion calls and upheld the payment of compensation for collective moral damages.
