A Slave or A Master !

Played my role as a player,a warrior and a lover,
For decades, blinded by ego and pride,
I lost touch with my soul within
Drifted in the sea of worldly chaos.
Having lived an eventful life,
Now, I step back and get disconnected
A silent observer of my surroundings.
Having reached a stage of my life,
Where outside storms
Doesn't hinder my sanity,
My inner peace remains unmoved.
Now, a master of my own happiness and peace;
my mindset is to beautify the inner world with love, light and compassion,
For, I was then a slave of the world outside .
