Jalna / Hingoli, Apr 11 (UNI) Jalna district of Marathwada region on Sunday recorded 495 fresh corona positive cases .
According to the report received from Jalna district civil surgeon, the total cases have now surged to 32,350 while on today 9 deaths were reported during the same period and death toll mounted to 571.
He further said that 563 cured patients were discharged today, taking the count of recovered cases to 25,771 of total caseload.
Presently, there are 6,008 active cases, he said, adding that the recovery rates stands to 79.13 percent and fatality rate stands at 1.76 per cent.
Report from Hingoli district stated that,133 fresh cases of corona positive and five deaths were reported in the district .
While 98 cured patients were discharged today and 888 active patients were undergoing treatment in different covid care centres,they added.
