#Kolkata: Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee will hold a sit-in tomorrow (Tuesday) to protest the Election Commission’s decision. On the same day, the Election Commission imposed a ban on the Chief Minister’s campaign for the next 24 hours. He is going to sit in the dharna under the Gandhi statue in Kolkata from 11 am

Trinamool has accused the commission’s decision to impose sanctions on Mamata Banerjee of being biased. The manner in which his counterpart, the Chief Minister, protested against the decision of the commission, is also going to be unprecedented.

According to the decision of the commission, the chief minister will not be able to take part in the election campaign today, April 12 from 8 pm to 24 hours. The commission alleges that the law and order situation is deteriorating due to the Chief Minister’s remarks. On April 7 and 8, the commission sent a show cause notice to the Chief Minister But the commission gave this instruction without being satisfied with the explanation given by the Chief Minister in his reply
