Is it mandatory to fill HSN wise details in GSTr-1 if turnover is below 1.5 crores?

From 1/4/2021 4 Digits HSN code is mandatory if your turnover is less than 5 Crore, so for you it is mandatory to mention HSN code in GSTR1 please refer notification 78/2020 ( C T ) dated 15/10/2020 .
