With ~280 suspected deaths from the Pfizer shot in the UK so far, and 13+ million doses given, that's a fatality rate of 0.002% even if we assume all of those were really caused by the vaccine.
The COVID fatality rate for the same demgraphic (70+, clinically vulnerable) is around ~5% according to the CDC.
