I have been lifting seriously for 2 years. 5'10" tall, 240 lbs
I have made big gains during this time.
My calories have been 3000 a year ago, to 3500 half a year ago, to 4000 currently.
Macros and nutrition is very solid, 250g protein per day, low bad fats/sugar.
Progressive workout routine, lots of volume. Did GVT for a long while and now doing 20-15-12-8-4-20 with progressive loading on the 15-12-8-4 sets. Very heavy at the 4 rep set. Tbar row, bench press, incline press, squats, deadlifts, military press, pull ups, etc., big hitter routine Mon-Wed-Fri so there's plenty of rest days. No overtraining symptoms.
Problem is: I have noticed no gain on the scale in about a year. Seem to be stuck at 240 lbs.
Question is: Am I still gaining muscle mass thru hypertrophy even though my weight is not going up?
