Senegal regulator tells Saga Africa Holdings to comply with MNP rules or face sanctions

Senegal's telecom authority ARTP has addressed a formal request to Saga Africa Holdings, which operates under the Free brand, after finding the operator in breach of mobile number portability (MNP) regulation. An investigation found evidence of misconduct, including the unfair rejection of valid MNP requests, undue delays and fraudulent practices. Saga Africa Holdings has been given 30 days to conform or be sanctioned.
