Thread: Internet piracy has died down

There's still The Pirate Bay, but mainly it has died down.

I'd guess because of the rise of streaming services. People are more willing to pay for entertainment now.

I was a teenager back in the early 2000s and I remember dem peer to peer file sharing programs like Napster where people could download music and movies left and right.

Ahhhh, the old wild west days of ze internet, brahs. I look back with nostalgia.

I still pirate everything but new games.

I don't think its died down as much as you have an influx of people on the internet who don't know how to do it.

I only have a problem finding the most esoteric stuff.
