Sonu Sood becomes brand ambassador for Punjab's anti COVID-19 vaccination programme

Often tagged as the 'Real hero of India' and 'Messiah' by his loyal fans, Bollywood actor Sonu Sood has been garnering praises from every corner of society for his extraordinary philanthropic work amid the nationwide lockdown due to the coronavirus pandemic and even after that. Now, the government of Punjab has declared him the brand ambassador for Punjab's anti-coronavirus vaccination programme. Taking to his Twitter handle, the Chief Minister of Punjab, Amarinder Singh who called Sonu Sood at his residence, while making the announcement shared a picture of himself with the actor and tweeted, 'Happy to share that actor & philanthropist @SonuSood will be the Brand Ambassador of our #Covid19 vaccination drive. I thank him for supporting our campaign to reach out to, and protect, every Punjabi, and appeal to all to get vaccinated at the earliest'.
