Im around 15% BF, haven't lifted in a year now I'm like 178lbs at the moment 6ff

maintain/gaintain bodyweight and thank yourself a year from now you got stronger and bigger and looked good al year round, without the hassle of bulking and cutting

I need to get jacked ASAP. I used to have a great physique before lockdown ensued. Gaintain is too slow of a process. Need to either get lean real fast or bulk and reach jacked status again
