Technically it is possible but the effect is so miniscule that in practical terms it may as well not exist. Also, improvements in posture or tension in muscles like the TVA can make you look slimmer.
BUT for the sake of keeping things simple - real world results will come entirely from maintaining a calorie deficit over time.
