    Angry Got yelled at the gym again

    Tired of this ****. Been going there since November.

    They've had a problem with .e since day 1 for no reason.

    First time was cause I racked the leg press machine too hard . They wanted me to do it without a whisper.

    Second , I moved the dumbells with my feet and they started going off about how's its disrespectful and that's the way they earn their money

    Third was anytime I do back exercises, especially db row. They fookin can't stand it when I'm repping 100lbs and always criticize my form . But I never listen

    The thing about the above three points is that, they yell it when they tell it to me , which I find unnecessary as I'm right in from of their face cause they want to make sure everyone else at the gym know I'm below them


    The owners of the gym have competed but never won anything and were in the lower leagues of the state


    And they keep telling me , I am the problem cause people are watching me when I do the exercises and they then copy

    Oh I am the most built there naturally btw , no surprise they have a tight arse when it comes to me and like everyone else at the gym , i don't ask them for a workout out routine daily.


    It's not my fault people are mirin my natty aesthetics.

    I’m going through the same chit OP and I’m getting tired of this ****. Been going there since November.

    But it's the opposite with me, and they always hate on me when the weight is heavy, but not while warming up to it. Which means they clearly have their arses raging cause I don't train the way they want me to , moderate weights and feel every, which works

    But I naturally can lift a lot on back day which they clearly can't

    Anyway I'm leaving the gym , can't believe I stuck with that **** for 5 months

    Don’t like it change gyms. I wouldn’t put up with it. I roll heavy dumbbells with my feet all the time if I can, they can suck it. Nobody has ever said anything to me but I’m also respectful

    I was a former GM in a big chain gym and I’d wipe the weights with pride with disinfectant and help my janitors all the time and would tell people not to slam weights to drop them if needed appropriately, that’s why there’s rubber flooring but to be used proper.


    End of day you got to respect his house though unless it’s a corporate gym and are following basic guidelines

    Humble yourself. You’re no chad you look about a buck 50 with basic athletic genetics. Youre rubbing that gym n misc wrong way, it’s the attitude. Good place to practice is here

    I mean that in a good way to. I was worst when I was younger. In fact my avi is me with my shirt off with a sponsor taking shots for supplement at the time n people didn’t say ****.


    Now days I’m fully sleeved bigger n leaner and wouldn’t embarrass myself like that again. Bitches like you more too if you’re humble to, trust me

    Read the post again, those guy are also bodybuilders, shifty ones but atleast they put in the work to compete, again at lower leagues

    So that's why I never had the heart to talk back or piss them off in their place of business while everyone there relies on them for gym related activities

    I'm not some attention whoring sloot plus my meals look bland and haphazardly put together. It's not hard to eat 2k calories a meal when there's a shjt load of rice involved u dyel **** stain

    Naturally you have a lot more potential than your current body without being shifty or much effort. Like I would guess seeing you in the gym you eat what you want generally and lift 3-4 days a week with no real goals and a crappy routine
