I hope all is well. This is my first post on bodybuilding.com - no idea if I'm posting in the right place or if this is going to reach anyone or interest anyone but its worth a shot.
I am a guy from Leicester in the UK that's been training for around 4 years now, by no means do I have any aspirations to be a bodybuilder but to just keep improving my body composition each year. Last year I started YouTube sharing my training sessions / full days of eating / vlogs etc and thought it would be an idea to see if anyone on here would follow my progress (I only have a small channel and not really seen much growth). I try to have fun and just add value to all my videos, by giving good advice for those new to training so it's not just all about me. It would be cool if this did interest anyone on here and they could engage with the content and give your take on it (possibly words of advice from people more advanced into training than myself) and hopefully subscribe to follow along!
I have more interesting content planned now that gyms re open tomorrow in the uk, I'm so keen to be training in a gym rather than at home again!
