The argument of similarities in overall deaths is pretty weak tbh. Half of the country has been in lockdown for the majority of the year. It is no surprise there is equal deaths/less of people dying from other illnesses.
I'm a skeptic by nature but never found this argument very strong.

It's only a weak argument if you think lockdowns reduce transmissions. If you make that claim you're going to have to back that up with some proof, same with the usage of filthy non-medical masks that people adjust all day. In the Netherlands for example, brb everybody has to be inside before 9pm (fuarkin cucks). Brb all supermarkets are more packed earlier because people gotta do their chit done before 9pm.
