    Is this enough protein ?

    Hey, i just want to ask quickly. I weight 180 lbs (with around 13-15% BF) and im 190 cm tall. I eat daily 120g of protein from good sources (protein powder,meat,milk,eggs) and then like 30g from sources like (rice,oats etc.). Im bulking and trying to build muscle with small caloric surplus. My question is, if its enough protein to build muscle for me ? thanks

    yes. you're eating 150 grams of protein per day. you always count "trace proteins" (my own term) from rice, potatoes, oats etc. as well, no need to divide it to "good" and "other" protein sources

    The recommendations are generally overestimates anyway - so there is already a margin for error built in to account for a mix of protein quality levels.

    Remember we aren't trying to shoot a bullseye here, we're trying to hit a barn door with a scattergun.
