    You know the pussy pad for squats?

    I want one of those for my chest, SRS. I don't have the elbow flexibility to take a bar out on my delts so I have to carry it on my chest for things like overhead presses.

    Obviously, they don't make pussy pads for your chest so what are some good alternatives? I'm thinking a weighted vest or life jacket, something thicc.
