Sangareddy: A married man killed his wife and mother-in-law in the meantime of Saturday and Sunday in Gandhi Nagar in the city of IDA Bollaram.
The accused Narasimhulu, 36, who works as an electrician in the city, lived with his family in a rented house near Gandhi Nagar. He stabbed his wife Swaroopa (32) and mother-in-law Yellamma (55) with a knife and stabbed them indiscriminately.
They were found Sunday morning in a pool of blood by neighbors. Inspector Prasanth, who investigated the crime scene, said they could not immediately determine the motive behind his decision to kill the two women. However, locals say Narasimhulu was suspicious of his wife’s allegiance. The accused surrendered to the police.
