Hi I've searched the forum and for whatever reason I can't find any upper lower split routines.
My buddy and I have been lifting for close to 6 months now and have been doing a full body routine that I got on this forum 3 times a week
and it's getting to the point where we are failing and plateauing and we've done our de-loads and still are hitting walls.
We've made great progress in both strength gain and fat lossin the time we've been lifting and are having a great time adapting to this lifestyle change.
However we're to the point where we'd like to add a 4th day to our weekly training and I suggested we try an upper lower split.
We're working out of my home gym which consists of: Full Power Rack w/Lat Pulldown attachment and low pulley attachment, basic adjustable bench, Olympic bars and curling bars, adjustable dumbbells, resistance bands, and 600+lbs of plates. We have a good selection of workouts we can do but there are a lot of programs that incorporate lifts that we can't emulate without specific attachments/machines like leg curls.
If anyone could link me a solid upper/lower or maybe even a push/pull split that'd be awesome.
I'm gonna continue to look but I keep getting lost in other users posts looking for workout routines.
