Covid patient had to sleep on pushchair in Karimnagar for 2 days

Karimnagar: In an inhuman act, a woman became infected with Covid-19 had to spend two days on a stroller in Jammikunta city after her landlord refused access to her rental home. Officials moved her to an isolation center in Karimnagar on Saturday.

A middle-aged woman and her relatives live in a rented house in the Ambedkar colony in the city of Jammikunta. She leads a life by selling vegetables. As she suffered from fever and other health problems, she approached doctors four days ago and a Covid test. Two days ago, she was tested positive for the virus.

The owner of her rental house knew she had entered the incident. The helpless woman was forced to spend Thursday night in the agricultural site where she sells vegetables. The premises at the site suspected the patient’s condition on Friday and inquired about her condition and when she found out about it. Covid-19 test, asked her to evacuate from the market area without helping her get shelter.

Since Friday night, the woman has been spending time under a bridge near Ambedkar chowk in the city of Jammikunta. The locals found her on a stroller throughout the day and asked her where she was. The scientist that she was infected with the virus, a local politician Molugu Dileep informed the health department officials on Saturday who moved her to an isolation center in Karimnagar.
