In the fourth round of elections, 44 seats in five districts of the state will go to the polls today. Voting took place in 10 constituencies of Hughli, 9 constituencies of Howrah, 11 constituencies of South 24 Parganas, 5 constituencies of Alipurduar and 9 constituencies of Kochbihar. 69,300 paramilitaries are deployed in the fourth round of voting.
