another request. if you could use the service tag to generate the full config on dell site and post it here. specifically, want to know if this has WWAN antennae.

I have added the link for the config details and the laptop is in pristine condition. As for the pictures I will try to upload by tomorrow.

Tag says it shipped in Oct 2018. You listed as bought in 2020
Also the warranty only covers tech support and not parts

Dell pro support includes both parts and labor, kindly check the warranty details.

@syedlaiq it doesn't dude, I checked all the services being offered by name. The parts only warranty expired in 2019.
