The case was filed under IPC section 290, 336, 188. As per the police reports, fans of allu arjun gathered at jubilee hills Road no. 68 at Allu Arjun’s house at midnight on the occasion of their hero’s birthday.

Police said that fans haven’t taken any permission from the concerned authority regarding the big gathering at midnight and also didn’t inform them that they are going to use firecrackers.

It is said that they have fired crackers into the air for more than one hour which caused disturbance for the people living there who immediately dialed to 100 and reported it to the police. From the information obtained from Petrocar Constable vishal, police filed a case against the allu arjun Fans association president prasanth and another person named Santosh.

Fans have gathered at the house of allu arjun a day before his birthday from various places. So to avoid any traffic issues police have deployed a team to take care of the situation.
