Oi names Rafael Marquez as new wholesale marketing director

Brazilian operator Oi has announced Rafael Marquez as its new marketing director for the wholesale unit, reports Telesintese. He has more than 20 years of experience in leadership positions in the fixed and mobile telecommunications sector for the B2C and B2B segments. Marquez will be responsible for the brand, product and customer repositioning of the wholesale and fibre optic infrastructure unit, as set out in Oi's Strategic Transformation Plan.
