Chandigarh, Apr 9 (UNI) The Gurugram Metropolitan Development Authority (GMDA) will now receive the full amount of External Development Charges (EDC) in the Gurugram district from April 1. Similarly, EDC money to be deposited from Faridabad district will also go to Faridabad Metropolitan Development Authority (FMDA). Only GMDA or FMDA will control this money.

Srinagar, Apr 9 (UNI) Reacting to news reports that he tested positive for COVID-19, two days after he received first shot of the vaccine, former chief minister and National Conference (NC) vice president Omar Abdullah said that the vaccine takes 2-3 weeks to take effect and only helps to prevent serious illness.
