Did several sets of these as an "accessory" movement after my main lifts. I mainly felt them in my outer pecs though I can feel some tension in my biceps though from what I've read it's just stabilizing my triceps and shoulders. I focus on squeezing the bars while keep my scapula down and back. I find the exercises far more comfortable when I tuck in my elbows.
Trying to use the exercise to help strengthen my pushing muscles but mainly chest.
