Finnish govt says European wholesale roaming caps should reflect true costs precisely

The Finnish Ministry of Transport and Communications said it wants existing EU roaming regulation to continue, after the European Commission adopted a proposal to reduce maximum wholesale charges in 2022 and 2025. The ministry said regulated wholesale prices should reflect true costs precisely, to avoid pressure to raise domestic mobile prices.
