The laundry and utensils were separate. But these measures were important for mom’s safety. Thankfully, work calls and e-mails kept me busy right through the day. The evenings were about Internet surfing, playing scrabble online, and watching a few shows. My symptoms were fairly mild so the quarantine wasn’t rough, but it was very draining psychologically! Getting my result as negative after a 14-day quarantine felt like clearing my Board exams with a Distinction! I’m glad it’s all behind me now!”
