My lats seem to grow really slowly.
On average I work them with 16-24 sets per week, with barbell rows, pull ups, chest supported rows etc. No gym access at the minute (thanks covid) but plan on adding some straight arm pull downs to isolate them a little more in future once I get back to the gym.

I’d recommend more pull-ups over straight arm pull downs, though you could obviously do both. Wide grip pull-ups is probably the best thing you can do imho. And in addition to adding the straight arm pull downs, I definitely recommend one arm cable pull downs. It’s my favorite way to end back day.
