I've gotten bags of mixed veggies and single veggies (e.g. baby kale, carrots, etc)
Some of these bags will list irrelevant micronutrients like vitamin d and something like calcium at 2%, but doesn't list vitamin C or K which is what they're usually rich in
I don't get it. Are they indirectly telling me that there is NO vitamin K/C in a bag of kale/broccoli or vitamin A in a bag of mixed veggies that include carrots?
