As Corona subsided to some extent the cine industry people have started completing their projects that were already in loop. The government also permitted the theaters to run with 100% occupancy. Many small and medium budget movies were released in the last 6 months. However, the big budget movies are yet to hit the screens.

The first big budget movie that is going to hit the screens post Corona pandemic is Power Star’s ‘Vakeel Saab’. Following this movie there are a huge lineup of big budget movies from top heroes in the industry. The movies like Acharya, narappa, Balayya-Boyapati movie, KGF-2, Radhe Shyam, Pushpa, rrr are in line for release.

Also, there are many medium budget movies to be released this summer. However, it seems these movies will have to suffer because of increasing Corona cases. Except for ‘Vakeel Saab’, which will hit the screens tomorrow 9 april, remaining movies may likely face issues with occupancy.
With the upsurge in corona cases the government is thinking to close the theaters. If not closing, at least it will direct the theaters to operate with only 50% occupancy. This will ultimately affect the collections of the movie. We have to say that ‘Vakeel Saab’ is releasing exactly on time without delay, which is a boon for it.
