    Would this be overtraining?

I started boxing recently at a legit gym. I have no plans on competing or anything, just in it to learn the art as I've always been a big fan of the sport and also for some cardio. However, I also do want to continue with trying to become aesthetic. Would this be too much? The boxing and the lifting will be done at least 5 hours apart.

    Yes.

Just rotate push-pull-legs and do 4 per week and then do 1 off day

Seems unsustainable unless you’re on that jocko willink time

A 4 day upper/lower split like phul could maybe work
The double. Body armour. Two quick ones. I already know I’m getting there on the perfect line.

Usefully af to ask this without more detail on your intensity in boxing/your workouts and what you're doing in each.
