REally curious if mexican gangs have some kind of NFL draft to take in newcomer-teens into the states. I can see an almost Greek system fraternity type of atmosphere as they try to make selling points to new recruits. Why not srsly they already have colors and symbols associated with themselves...not unlike a sports team?
