Hindustan Copper opens QIP issue for subscription; Stock surges 1%

The floor price has been fixed at Rs125.79 per equity share.

Hindustan Copper Limited opened its qualified institutional placement (QIP) issue of Equity Shares of face value 5/- each for subscription on April 7. The floor price has been fixed at Rs125.79 per equity share.

The company may offer a discount of not more than 5% on the Floor Price so calculated for the Issue. The issue price will be determined by the company in consultation with the Book Running Lead Managers appointed for the Issue.

At around 11.20 am, Hindustan Copper Limited was trading at Rs146.80 per piece up Rs1.65 or 1.14% on the BSE.
