With the rising cases of coronavirus across the country and especially in Maharashtra, following the second wave of COVID-19, several celebrities have come forth to share important messages for their fans to take heed. Some of these celebs have themselves contracted the dreaded disease, making what they have to say all the more pertinent. Along with sharing the unfortunate news that she had tested positive for COVID-19 and the measures she’s taking to recover from it, Bhumi Pednekar had added, “If you have been in contact with me, request you to please get tested immediately. Please don’t take the current situation lightly, even though I followed utmost precaution and care I’ve contracted it. Wear a mask, keep washing your hands, maintain social distancing and be mindful of your general behaviour.”
