The actor used to give utmost respect to his wife because of a reason. In an interview to a popular channel he revealed that no one came forward to give him a girl to marry. He said that even his own maternal uncle denied to give him his daughter. He has seen many girls, but everyone rejected said ANR. However, annapurna is the only girl that accepted to marry him.

People close to anr at that time said that he went through a lot of trauma because of it and at one point of time he even wanted to take his own life, but annapurna stepped into his life and changed everything for good. The couple lived together happily ever after giving birth to the lovely children ever.
