Elisa AGM approves authorisation to buy back up to 5 mln own shares

Finnish operator Elisa said that shareholders at its Annual General Meeting (AGM) voted to allow the board of directors to repurchase or accept as pledge Elisa's own shares. The repurchase may be directed, it said. The authorisation applies to a maximum of 5 million and is valid for eighteen months.
