Congress leader Abhishek Singhvi hit out at Centre. He tweeted, " The Centre says no vaccine shortage however the country is reeling with Phase 2 of the pandemic. We should consider unfreezing of imports of Moderna & Pfizer so that the ever increasing demand is met at the earliest."
